You may request to cancel your registration for a full refund up to 72 hours before the date and time of the event by calling our office or sending us an email.  Cancellation requests made within 72 hours of the class date/time may not receive a refund nor a transfer.  When you register for a class, you agree to these terms.

Many of our in-person classes and certifications are held in our Jacksonville, FL office, however we also host classes and certifications in other parts of the US.  Check out our Courses page to see where we’ll be next!

It depends!  Certain carrier certifications and courses could require a specific amount of experience or skills in order to attend.  Please check the requirements or prerequisite sections of the class you are interested in to verify you meet the criteria.  If you’re not sure, give us a call so we can help.

You should bring your computer with a working copy of Xactimate and/or Symbility and materials for note taking.  Additional specific materials will be outlined in the course description.  Dress code is business casual.
